Pinchbeck United are looking for players for to join their all-new Development team

Pinchbeck United are launching a new Development team for the 2022/23 season – and they are looking for new players to join.

The team will be playing in an FA feeder league (Step 7) and will aim to provide a pathway to the first team, which currently plays in the Uhlsport UCL Premier Division North (Step 5).

The Knights are now recruiting players for their new team and would ideally be interested in those aged between 16 and 24.

They are running a trials match on Wednesday (June 8) at Glebe Field on Knight Street (7pm) and are urging any interested players to get in touch.

The full address for the ground is as follows: Glebe Field, Knight Street, Pinchbeck, PE11 3RB.

You can email [email protected] or call/text 07802 492763 for more information.

  • Pinchbeck United are holding a memorial fixture in honour of late Reserve team keeper Ashley Moore.

Moore passed away suddenly in November 2020.

The game will be played at Knight Street on Saturday, July 2 (2pm) and will see Sleaford Rangers take on a team dubbed ‘Ashley’s All Stars’.

Prior to the match, there will be a family fun day at the same venue. That will get underway at noon.
