Two first half goals in five minutes were enough to see Pinchbeck United fall to a home defeat to Kimberley Miners Welfare in the United Counties League Premier Division.
Jordan Alls scored on 22 minutes and Kole Lambert on 29 minutes to earn Kimberley the win.
Pinchbeck next travel to Heanor Town as they look to extend the four-point gap between themselves and bottom-of-the-table Hucknall Town who picked up a point in a 1-1 draw with Melton Town on Saturday.
Knights: Cox, Fields, Henderson, Jaine, Kanu, Robson, Simpson, Slater, Spafford, Wallace, Young. Subs: Fogg, Ibeneme, Tate.
Attendance: 38.
Holbeach United were held to a 0-0 draw at home by Haverhill Rangers.
The Tigers had chances in the first half but were wasteful. They also couldn’t capitalise when Haverhill were left down to ten men in the second half.
Holbeach are just a point outside of the play-off places in sixth position and host Diss Town at Carter’s Park on Saturday.
Tulips: Rigby, Yambasu, Cook, Nichlson, Ling, Oldham, Thorne, Barnes, Pilbeam, Frost, Harris. Subs: Carter, Prentice, Hoyle, Compton.
Attendance: 98.
Keeper Brendan Taylor was the hero again as Moulton Harrox progressed in the County Cup quarter final thanks to a penalty shoot out win over Nettleham. Moulton had been 4-2 down with three minutes to go but two late goals saw them level.
