Holbeach United Reserves returned to form in fine style on Saturday as they hammered South Holland rivals Crowland Town 6-2 in the ChromaSport PDFL Premier Division.
After suffering back-to-back defeats, third-placed Holbeach ran riot at Snowden Field thanks to goals from Fenn Storey (2), Kyle Compton, Jordan Keeble, Cameron Lee and sub Oliver Foster.
Danny Firth and Giuliano Staffieri replied for Crowland at Snowden Field, but Holbeach proved too strong and are now five points off second-placed Stilton United.
It was another tough day for rock-bottom Long Sutton Athletic, though, as hat-tricks from Rob Hitchcock and Dan Roberts saw Leverington Sports thrash them 7-0.
In Division One, goals from Martin Sandall (2) and Reif Bissett-Clarke earned Moulton Harrox Reserves a 3-3 draw at Deeping Rangers Reserves.
Meanwhile, the derby between Pinchbeck United Reserves and Tydd was abandoned with the latter 4-0 up at half time.
That was a tough one for Matt Eaton to take, given the prolific striker had bagged a 15-minute hat-trick.
In Division Two, a hat-trick from Jack Greenacre inspired Holbeach United Sports to a 4-2 home success over Parkside.
Corey Compton notched the other goal for the Tigers, who are eigth in the table.
Down in Division Three, Tydd Reserves were handed a 4-2 home reverse by mid-table rivals FC Peterborough Reserves.
Kyle Davis and Ricky Holstead got the home goals, while Jake Rayment netted a hat-trick for the city side.
Elsewhere, Sutton Bridge United returned to the top of Division Four with a 5-1 home win over Deeping United Reserves. Barry Osborn (2), Kurt Scott, Joe Sutton and Liam Bills got the goals.
In Division Five, Dan Wilshire and Jack Earnshaw scored to give Holbeach Bank a 2-1 win at Deeping United A.
