New ways to apply for free bus pass

Residents in Lincolnshire who are eligible for a free bus pass have changes to the way applications are now made.

From the beginning of this month, there are three ways to either apply for or renew the concessionary pass.

Residents can download an application form from the website: www.lincolnshire.gov.uk/concessionaryfares

There will also be a new web portal to allow online applications.

There’s also a new postal address: Concessionary Fares Team, PO Box 1305 Lincoln, LN5 5RT.

Or an appointment can be made on 01522 550129 and must be pre-booked. The number can also be used for help and information.
