A Spalding company is launching a recruitment drive with up to 40 new jobs on offer.
Dalehead Foods is looking for both skilled and unskilled workers to join its team from next month.
The Spalding site, in Fulney Lane, is part of Tulip Ltd and already employs 550 staff.
An open day will be held later this month so potential employees can learn more about the roles and visit the site itself.
The jobs on offer are in the butchery department working in the production of high-welfare pork.
“We are pleased to announce this recruitment drive, showing our ongoing commitment as a major local employer in the Spalding area,” said Abigail Brewin, HR Manager at Dalehead Foods.
The company has been in Spalding since 1950 and the site has become known for its technical advancements –combining traditional skills and the latest technology.
“The Dalehead Foods site in Spalding has a great team spirit and provides a fantastic opportunity to learn new skills and progress with a career in the food industry.
“We are looking forward to welcoming new people to join our team. It is an active role and we are searching for motivated applicants who enjoy manual work, including lifting and being on their feet for most of the working day,” added Abigail.
The open day will be held on Friday, May 11 from 10am to 3pm at PeoplePlus, Broadgate House, Westlode Street, Spalding.
