New equipment for town hub

Thanks to a grant from Sport England’s Together Fund, distributed by Active Lincolnshire, Tonic Health’s Holbeach Hub has invested in new equipment to deliver activities to local groups that use the facility.

Equipment such as indoor curling, foam indoor archery, indoor cricket, bowls and badminton, has led to a new and exciting programme of activities for adults to enjoy during the day, and children and young people in the evenings and weekends.
Michael Morris, chair of trustees of Tonic Health, said: “We were grateful to receive financial support from Sport England’s Together Fund to provide a range of equipment to be used by current and future groups and beneficiaries at The Holbeach Hub.
“Having such a range of equipment available to our beneficiaries means they can have a go and try such an array of different sports and activities, so there is going to be something for everyone, and encourage every one of us to get more active.”
