A Whaplode firm has scooped three awards at the Learning Excellence Awards in London.
NTP Online Learning enjoyed a standout evening, taking home gold for Outstanding External Provider, being named Sector Winner for Supply Chain, and receiving an Award of Merit for Innovation in a New Course or Training Initiative.
The Whaplode based business, which is family run, previously won a Learning Excellence Award in 2022.
This year’s awards saw NTP competing against major global organisations including Maersk, banks and building societies, Rolls Royce, and many more leading names across multiple sectors.
The awards recognise excellence across the learning and development sector, highlighting organisations delivering measurable impact through high quality training and forward-thinking approaches.
A spokesperson for the company said the team was “incredibly proud” of the achievement.
“To be recognised in three separate categories means a huge amount to us,” they continued. “It reflects not only the quality of our training, but also the innovation behind it and the real-world impact it’s having across the industry.”
The company says its award-winning innovation centred on a new training initiative designed to better prepare learners for real world challenges; an area often identified as a key gap within the sector.
