Mum’s amazing 6,000-mile walk around Britain passes through South Holland

Bereaved mum Natalia Spencer passed through Sutton Bridge and completed the Lincolnshire leg of her 6,000-mile walk around the coastline of Britain this week.

Natalia (41) is due to complete her amazing feat in February – a year after she began walking 17 to 20 miles a day with the aim of raising £100,000 for the hospital where her five-year-old daughter Elizabeth spent her final days.

She said: “All the time I think of Elizabeth. This could happen to anyone at any time. We never know.”

Elizabeth fell ill with a virus in November last year. It triggered a rare autoimmune condition and she died 18 days later.
