More closure orders on Spalding shops

Two more closure orders have been made against shops suspected of selling illegal cigarettes and vapes on Spalding’s Winsover Road.

The orders were granted for both the Nida and the Stop and Shop by Lincoln Magistrates Court yesterday (Thursday, October 17).

Both shops previously had three month closure orders granted against them in June.

That’s the maximum police and Trading Standards can request of shops suspected of criminal behaviour.

The latest closure orders mean neither shop can open until January 16, 2025.
