And Rui Macedo, also formerly of Hedonism, has joined her as salon director.
Charlotte (27), of Spalding, said: “It’s always been my dream to have my own salon and it’s amazing to see it come true.
“After ten years at Hedonism I felt it was the right time to open my own salon. I’ve been thinking about a name for it for years and have always loved Mirror Mirror, so that what I went for.”
Charlotte, who trained at Stamford College, specialises in colouring and cutting.
Rui (25), of Spalding, who spent four and a half years at Hedonism, specialises in wedding hair and hair extensions.
Currently there is just the two of them at the salon, but Charlotte is hoping to expand the team, with two chairs available to rent.
