Police have arrested a 51 year old man in relation to a report of an ‘indecent act’ being committed near a Spalding primary school.
Lincolnshire Polices say a person has this morning (Tuesday, May 26), been arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure after reports of an incident in Pennygate on Thursday, May 21.
A spokesman said: “He remains in police custody at this time.
“The incident is reported to have taken place nearby a local school. We have liaised with the school and would like to reassure the community that this matter is being taken seriously and is under active investigation.
“We would urge anyone who may have witnessed the incident or who has information that could assist our enquiries to get in touch.
“Anyone with information is asked to quote incident 92 of 22 May. Please note, the incident was reported to us the following day.”
