Man (38) ‘committed fraud’ in driving licence application

A Tongue End resident has appeared in court accused of fraud.

Krzysztof Zaja (38), of Everard Road, is said to have submitted a false document on October 14, 2016, intending to make a gain, namely obtaining a full English driving licence for himself.

Zaja appeared at Boston Magistrates’ Court on June 7 and pleaded not guilty to the charge. He was remanded on unconditional bail until summary trial on August 7 at the same court.
