Losing the locks for charity

A Holbeach woman is raising over a grand for charity by having her hair cut.

Julia Bowhill, the manager at The Factory Shop, will, at work on Sunday, face the chop to raise money for the Make

A Wish charity that provides experiences for ill youngsters.

Hairdresser Stacey Brown is set to have the honour of carrying out the big cut.

The hair will be donated to the Princess Trust which makes wigs for young people who have lost hair.

Julia has already smashed her target of raising £1,000.

She said: “Make a Wish is The Factory Shop’s chosen charity.

“Last year I did a bungee jump and with my hair being so long, this year I though I’d do something different which I feel is quite unique. “
