An acoustic performance with a latin flavour is promised at Saracen’s Head Village Hall this Saturday (March 14).
Sonrisa have been touring rural areas as part of the Live and Local sessions funded by Arts Council England.
And the band say this will be a last chance to catch the current show entitled ‘Very Much Alive’.
It’s described as ‘an entertaining evening of rootsy acoustic music, Latin inspired rhythm and captivating songs’.
A spokesman for Live and Local said: “Sonrisa are an exciting rootsy acoustic trio playing original heartfelt songs blending nylon Spanish guitar and infectious Latin-inspired rhythms with mellow flute and soulful vocals.
“They have been touring rurally across the UK for more than 10 years and are returning with an exciting new performance which showcases their distinctive sound and style.
“Influenced by Latin and world rhythms, their show takes you on an exhilarating journey through the emotions with on stage banter and captivating songs.
“Enjoy a night of rich entertainment providing lots of laughter, have you up on your feet, clapping and singing to moments of emotional joy.
“You will lose yourself in music.”.
