Letters – Where is the man we have in Parliament?

I read the erudite letter of Craig Jackson with interest and agree with what he says but he does not give the people a solution.

“Storm the barricades” – not sure what this means in practice but will achieve nothing.

His debate shows how impotent we are on the matter.

So, one has to ask, where is the man we have elected to Parliament to speak up for us? He has been silent on the issue.

Is he sitting on the fence waiting to see which way to jump. He should take care as he might just find that the whole fence collapses beneath him if he fails us.

Yes, Brexit means Brexit – the MAJORITY voted for this. Yes we want a good deal for the UK or No Deal.

The sooner we walk away from these spurious negotiations with the EU (who have one thing in mind that is to grind

UK into the dust) then the better it will be.

Parliament should be recalled early and get on with the job. They have their mandate.
