LETTERS – What is the aim for Holbeach?

This an open letter to the local authority: what is your goal, your ultimate aim for the town of Holbeach?
With the massive increase of population by building of estates, and destroying farming land, by covering grade A arable soil, with concrete, are there plans to improve amenities for its citizens by improving public transport, upgrade the infrastructure, improve the schools, both primary and secondary, erect hospital/clinic, additional doctors’ surgeries? How about leisure facilities, sports etc, a running track in Carter’s Park?
I would appreciate an answer, but not a Starmeresque load of waffle and fiction.
