LETTERS – Use old buildings for storage

Whilst reading last week’s Voice I see the council could not think out of the box and make a decision about storing unused vehicles and equipment.
Why not purchase a site on Enterprise Way and build a new waste refuse collection depot centre for the one on West Marsh Road and use the old buildings to store used vehicles and equipment and possibly also build a new public recycling centre next door? Problem solved.
If the vehicles and the equipment are never to be used again just scrap it.

Editor’s note: The vehicle storage is a South Holland District Council issue, while the waste recycling centre is the responsibility of Lincolnshire County Council.
