Thoughts as we move forward into 2025…
It has been a busy time for those of us who have been committed to the small fellowship here at Fleet Baptist Church.
Since we held a memorable Songs of Praise in August, we have benefited from the ministry of different accredited ministers and local preachers, who have each brought their own particular emphasis of the Lord’s message to us.
We hosted the Service of Remembrance for the Fleet Branch of the RBL. Rev Barbara Hutchinson, Rural Dean of East Elloe, kindly officiated at the service.
Our chapel was suitably decorated at harvest time and also for our carol service in mid-December. On each occasion we had an encouraging congregation who enjoyed the singing of hymns and carols.
During the winter months we shall meet for worship and coffee mornings as advertised. Details will be in the community magazine and on the notice board.
Like most social groups, we are self-funded and depend on volunteers. We are always pleased to receive help with different aspects of our work. If you would like to take part, please get in touch.
Any believer who has come to faith and has not been baptised, may avail themselves of the opportunity here. We have a pool that can be filled and a minister able to assist. If you feel the Lord is speaking to you, please let one of us know – Pam 01406 365458, Ron and Alan 01406 424993 or myself on 07906 631779.
