LETTERS – Please help find my brother

My name is Peter Goodwin Sampson and I’m trying to locate my brother John William Sampson whose last known address was 68 High Road, Whaplode, although it is possible that different street numbers may have been allocated in the past.
It would be very helpful to know whether or not John is still a ratepayer with Spalding council and any new address he may have taken up. If I had John’s current address then this would be a great help.
I am in my 82nd year and I am currently living in Tasmania in Australia and travel to the UK is largely out of the question.
