LETTERS – Is it not anti-social behaviour?

The EnviroCrime officers run by Kingdom and employed by the under-functioning South Holland District Council, have the power to fine you for spitting.
That is, if they can find out who you are and where you live.
Spitting is deemed as anti-social behaviour.
I wonder why, then, that standing in the middle of town, outside many shops and businesses, shouting out on a loud speaker with an amplifier, about Jesus, is not deemed as anti social?
Today (Wednesday, February 21) you could hear them from the Sheep Market to the South Holland Centre.
When they are out there not a single wannabe police officer to be seen.
Come on Kingdom, as you say in your blurb – good enforcement is the key to public confidence.
