LETTERS – How far were the letters sent?

After the council passed the plan for the AI coffee shop in Kings Road (see page 11) I would like to know how far were consultation letters sent out – just the catchment area it would appear.

Would they have been only to residents within 50 feet of the project? If so those on the same road past Sandtone Gardens were allegedly not informed.

They seem to have put the minimum slot in the local press and an A4 sheet of paper up on site (the legal requirement for council) to advise these plans .

They presently own the site, one of several they are seeking to off-load, alongside the old swimming pool site in Pinchbeck Road and several more in South Holland.

I feel the council are happy to sell to highest bidder regardless to what the purchaser wants to use it for

The town is crying out for social housing, and we allow another business to set up on a plot that lends itself to adjoining the social housing system already built on the opposite side of the railway.

Many people have made comments on social media saying the same thing – an AI coffee shop is not needed.
