LETTERS – Chameli manager was so kind

I would like to say a very, very big thank you to the Chameli Indian restaurant in Holbeach, who have restored our faith in people.
On the night of July 2, our car broke down. We had a phone on us so rang the breakdown company.
My wife needed to go to the toilet, so she went to the restaurant to ask to use the toilet.
The manager gave her a large bottle of water, and also sorted out a meal for us, which they brought to our car. Then later on, he took my wife to our house to collect some warm clothes for us both.
He also wanted to see if we could move the car to his car park so we could go into the warm, but that wasn’t possible, so he then came again with coffee for us, and checked on us on an half an hour basis.
How wonderful this man was is not enough for us to put into words.
