LETTERS – Air your grievances in writing

Further to my letter of February 27 advising disgruntled Barclays customers to buy shares and attend the Annual General Meeting to express their feelings about the impending closure of the Spalding branch, shareholders will now know the AGM will be at Glasgow Armadillo centre on May 9 at 11am. Barclays may have expected a spot of bother if held in London.
It is still possible to air grievances in writing to Nigel Higgins, Freepost RSCB-YGKC-KUJL, Head Office Customer Relations, London E14 5HP.
Enclosing your name and address may elicit a response but abuse will not.
