LETTER: Painted roundabout would work

I believe that the traffic lights situated where Winsover Road meets Station Street could be disposed of and replaced with a painted roundabout.

This could possibly work in conjunction with Swan Street being closed and eliminate congestion that at times can cause queues back as far as Hannam Boulevard on a busy day.

Most traffic turns left toward Sainsbury’s, allowing the movement coming from the supermarket to turn left or right freely.
