LETTER: Build GP surgery at site of former pub

The Bell Inn and large car park have been vacant in the heart of Pinchbeck village for many years.

The new District Plan proposes more than 4,000 new houses in the parish.

The existing medical facilities are overstretched so conversion of The Bell to a medical centre seems an ideal solution to cater for both current and future needs.
I have put this idea to Monroe, Lincs NHS Trust, SHDC and our MP, and await replies.
