Learning about dental health and daffodils!

Youngsters at Holbeach Primary Academy have been busy this term – learning about teeth and daffodils!

Pupils at the Boston Road school have learnt all about how to keep their smile.
The school welcomed Gina Hargrave from Lincolnshire Community Health Service to talk to the pupils about their dental health.
They learnt some interesting facts about caring for their teeth as part of National Smile Month, including visiting the dentist and when to throw out their toothbrush.
The Early Years pupils at the school were smiling when they won first prize in a photography competition in the category for best photograph for the Lincolnshire Daffodil Society.
The pupils all enjoyed growing and learning about the daffodils.
Inga Maxwell, on behalf of Springfields Horticultural Society, visited the school to present the children with their certificate and a book token.
