Another Tuesday night on the Barrier Bank course for Spalding Cycling Club could only mean one thing – rain.
It’s been a common theme for this season but this didn’t stop a 12-strong field tackle the ten-mile course.
Another strong showing from Dominic Brand saw him take victory with 21mins 46secs, fending off second place man Frazer Wallis (22:15) by a slightly larger advantage than previous weeks.
In third was Matt Chappell, narrowing the gap to Wallis by only 12 seconds. Kieran Buffham continued his road bike category domination with 23:29 ahead of the battle of the Booths with Mark this week leading home son Jacob by 32 seconds.
Rounding out the top ten overall was the dominant woman Evgeniya Brand with 26:07.
