Knights look to Vase after latest loss

Pinchbeck United suffered another heavy defeat, this time losing 4-0 at home to Heanor Town on Saturday.
The Knights found themselves 2-0 down inside 18 minutes at the Sir Halley Stewart.
A back post finish from Joseph Nice saw Lewis Thorogood’s side behind after three minutes.
The lead was doubled 15 minutes later with a similar move being slotted home by Sacha Markelic.
Pinchbeck had chances through John Yambasu and a Flynn Slater effort well saved in the first half. But Heanor were always in control and sealed the win in the 63rd minute after Kieran Debrouwer’s effort beat Lewis Cox.
Cox went on to make a couple of decent saves before Adam Rhys Clark rounded off the scoring in the 75th minute.
