Holbeach firm Ashley King (Developments) Ltd has submitted plans to build 48 homes in an extension of the town’s Balmoral Way, off Foxes Low Road.
A statement accompanying the plan with South Holland District Council says: “This proposal for 48 1/2/3/4 bedroom homes addresses housing need and the difficulties facing first-time buyers and young families by providing modern. stylish, energy efficient homes at a price local people can afford.”

- M&S at Springfields Outlet Centre has put in a plan for a steel goalpost mounted retractable tunnel. No further details available at the time of writing.
