Hearty way to health

A ‘Love Your Heart’ event for Pinchbeck residents will be held on Thursday, September 19.
It will take place for just one day and residents can connect with a range of services who can help with physical health, social and mental wellbeing.
Free taster sessions including activities and health checks will be on offer through the session.
The event will highlight the various services available to people in the Pinchbeck area and has been organised by groups including the Patient Participation Group, Spalding Primary Care Network and South Lincs Rural.
It will run from 10am to 3pm at the Community Hub, 48 Knight Street.
