It was tight at the top of Tydd St Giles Golf Club’s November Stableford Pairs event with Will Woodrow and John Kelledgher narrowly taking top spot.
Their score of 47 points was enough to edge out the teams of Mark Whittaker and Luke Sandford and Mark Cooper and Neil Morphew (both 46pts) by a solitary point.
Jamie Stott and Mark Gedge also managed 46 points for fourth place.

Jack and Jonathan Bettinson were the winners of Spalding Golf Club’s Gents’ Winter League match on Saturday.
Their score of 38 points edged Stewart Barnett and Martin Ward and Simon Jones and David King (both 37pts) into second and third places respectively.
