The carnival spirit came to Pinchbeck on Saturday.
The hugely popular annual event was back and saw over 2,000 people descend on the Rotten Row Playing Field after the usual parade around the village.
It was led by the carnival royalty looking resplendent on the float.
It also included a special tractor in tribute to Chris Schofield who played a huge part in the event over a number of year and who died recently.
An Abba tribute act, Mullered at the Mill and both the Rock and Pinchbeck East School choirs were among a host of entertainment.
There were a host of stalls and games for all the family.
They included the new PE11 Men’s Shed who were selling home bakes and flower displays while attracting a number of new members.
The organising committee chair Valerie Sandall said: “I hope everyone had a fantastic time.
“A big thank you goes to everyone who has involved in the event.
“It also goes to all who came and supported the carnival and gave generously in our donation buckets, enabling us to do it all again next year.
“See you all next year on the second Saturday in June 2026.”
