Protective masks for a local school and more scrubs for NHS staff are among the items donated by a Spalding charity this week.
Ella’s Project, set up and run by Mark Le Sage, has been helping provide support where needed.
And they’ve teamed up with the For the Love of Scrubs group which are co-ordinating those making equipment in Lincolnshire.
Some of the equipment sourced by Ella’s Project is even being taken to the West Midlands where there’s a shortage of equipment.
Mark, who works as a nurse himself, has also provided a donation of equipment to the Gosberton House Academy School.
Mark said: “We could not do this without the fantastic support of the public and our amazing volunteer force.
“I am very proud of the whole team for being able to make a difference and give our NHS and keyworkers the vital support they need to carry out their vital work in such difficult times.”
