Four men have admitted causing a public nuisance after police were called to an illegal rave.
Kyle Perrot (19), of Nursery Close, Long Sutton, Ashley Box (20), of Daniels Crescent, Long Sutton, Luke Onslow (22), of Gedney Drove End, and Sam Curtis (22), of Gate House, King’s Lynn all pleaded guilty to a charge of public nuisance when they appeared at Lincoln Crown Court on Friday.
All four men admit causing a public nuisance between January 24 and 27, last year by holding a large gathering of persons on private land without permission where loud music was played.
The charge relates to an illegal rave that happened in Fen Road, Dunsby, on the night of January 25 last year.
It is alleged the rave attracted more than 200 people and caused chaos for Dunsby residents, with thumping bass heard more than a mile away.
Four other men denied the same charge and will go on trial at Lincoln Crown Court in August.
They are Mark Payne (37), of Washway Road, Holbeach, Liam Robinson (21), of Park Lane, Long Sutton, Matthew Wilds (21), of Alfred Avenue, Metheringham, and Joshua Lake (21), of Baulkins Drove, Sutton St James.
Perrot, Box and Lake also denied separate charges of possessing criminal property relating to cash seized from them.
It is alleged Perrot was in possession of £298, Box was in possession of £197 and Lake was in possession of £598.
They will also go before a jury in August.
Judge Michael Heath adjourned the case for a trial at Lincoln Crown Court on August 24. It is expected to last five days.
Curtis and Onslow were granted bail for the preparation of probation reports and will be sentenced at the conclusion of the trial.
Judge Heath told them: “That is not an indication of sentence. All the courts options remain open.”
The six other defendants were granted bail until their trial.
