Easter egg hunt fun in the gardens

Families enjoyed the long Easter weekend and the beautiful weather by taking part in the Springfields Easter Egg Hunt.

The hunt, which ran from April 1 to 18 at the Spalding venue, was hugely popular with some of the days fully booked.

Children were given an activity pack which included the Easter Egg Hunt clues and had to follow the map around the Festival Gardens, looking for the clues and answers.

Once they had filled in the sheet they were able to exchange it for a chocolate egg of their choice.

Included in the activity pack was an art competition, giving kids the chance to win a Nintendo Switch and Mario Kart game, a family ticket for Adventure Land or a £20 Springfields gift card.

There were also a crossword puzzle, Easter recipe card and a grow your own pumpkin seed with instructions on how to grow it so it grows and then can be carved for Halloween.
