Crown court date and arrest warrant for two Spalding women over drugs allegations

A Spalding woman has been sent for trial at Lincoln Crown Court on October 3 on allegations of possessing and supplying cocaine, heroin and cannabis, by a district judge sitting at Boston Magistrates Court.

Sally Ann Carpenter (42) of Waterside Court, Double Street, entered “not guilty” pleas to a single charge of possessing cocaine with intent to supply on July 29 last year and three charges of supplying heroin, cocaine and cannabis on various dates between June 26 and July 30 last year.

Diara Dixon (20) of Dover Road, Walton, Peterborough, entered no pleas to two charges of supplying cocaine and heroin last July and one of possessing cocaine with intent to supply, also in July.

Both were allowed unconditional bail.

A second Spalding woman, Amanda Louise Scales (35) of St Johns Road, failed to appear to answer to two allegations of supplying heroin and cocaine and one of possessing cocaine with intent to supply, also last July, and a warrant was issued for her arrest.

All the offences are alleged to have taken place at Spalding.
