Club will help you put best foot forward

If you’re looking to lose a bit of weight or get into running, a Spalding running club is putting on a new ‘Couch to 5K’ course.

Halmer Harriers are putting on a nine-week programme from Tuesday, May 14.
Attendees will join their regular Tuesday and Thursday sessions which are usually at 6.45pm for a 7pm start.
A club spokesman said: “Halmer Harriers have run this course successfully for several years, and many of the programme graduates have continued with the club running 10ks, half marathons and even marathons – some even becoming Run Leaders with the club.”
If you would like more information, see the Facebook page Halmer Harriers or email halmerharriers@outlook.com.
