Clinic’s new services for women with cancer

A well-being clinic in Spalding is set to become the first of its kind to provide skincare, make-up, diet and exercise support for women and teenagers affected by cancer.

Essential Well-Being will offer the services and support from its new location on London Road in Spalding, supporting the international charity Look Good Feel Better.
The monthly clinics will run alongside Essential Well-being’s already well established skin treatments, specialist body massage and beauty therapy for all.
Owner Jo Esdale said: “I’m really excited to support the charity Look Good Feel Better to provide practical support for women and teenagers affected with the visible side effects of cancer treatment, improving well-being and confidence.
“My team will be running masterclasses, offering their expert knowledge on skincare, make-up, diet and exercise to help manage the side effects of cancer treatment by improving well-being and confidence.”
For the last three years, Essential Well-being has built up an excellent reputation for offering its clients a personalised service with experience that covers not only beauty but treatments and lifestyle advice that leads to mind wellness.
Jo also combines the MBS (Mind, Body, Skin) lifestyle philosophy and practises the powerful “No Hands Massage” to provide a treatment that she describes as “exceptional and truly unique”.
Jo added: “The team of experienced and knowledgeable mature therapists are experts in their field.
“They are all professionally trained and qualified so they are able to recommend advice and treat with confidence, constantly updating their knowledge and skills.”
