Boxes for baptist church

Long Sutton’s Men’s Shed were among those to present displays at Holbeach Baptist Church’s recent flower festival.

The Albert Street venue chose the theme of Animals in The Bible for this year’s seasonal celebration.
Birds, insects and a variety of mammals and fish including a life size baby giraffe.

A spokesman for Long Sutton’s Men’s Shed said: “We provided a selection of bird boxes, a bird table, a butterfly hotel and a bug hotel, which all set the scene for a fabulous flower display.

“Thanks go to the hard work of a team of helpers at the church including Jean James and Pam Fry (pictured right), the church secretary.”
