Appeal over man who’s been on the run for 19 months

Lincolnshire Police have launched an appeal to find a man who failed to turn up to court 19 months ago.

Back in January 2018, Zac Nixon (30) was found guilty of taking a BMW without consent from an address in Spalding on December 21, 2016 after failing to appear at Boston Magistrates Court.

He was also found guilty of on the same day of driving without insurance and otherwise in accordance of a licence in Tydd Low Road in Sutton Crosses.

Boston Magistrates Court ordered an arrest warrant for the man whose address was given in court documents at the time as in Tydd St Giles.

Today, Lincolnshire Police has appealed for information on his whereabouts.

A spokesman said: “Zac Nixon is wanted for arrest.

“The 30-year-old failed to appear at Boston Magistrates’ Court on January 9, 2018, to answer a charge of taking a car without consent.
