Air ambulance in attendance as collision closes A16 in both direction

The air ambulance is in attendance following a collision between a tractor and a motorbike that’s closed part of the A16 in South Holland.

Lincolnshire Police are currently urging people to avoid the stretch of road between Surfleet and Sutterton with traffic busy in the area as a result.

A police spokesman said: “We are on scene at a collision involving a motorcycle and a tractor on the A16 Splading Road between Sutterton and Surfleet roundabouts.

“The road is closed in both directions while emergency services deal with the incident. Please avoid the area.”
