A17 closed at Sutton Bridge – air ambulance seen landing

The A17 is closed at Sutton Bridge and the air ambulance has attended the scene.

Lincolnshire Police said emergency services are on scene on the A17, Kings Lynn Road, just past Sutton Bridge, following a collision between two cars and a lorry.

Both lanes are currently blocked and the road is expected to be closed for some time.

Police are advising people to avoid the area if possible.

Injuries are being assessed.
