Crown court trial for Holbeach man accused of £1,970 burglary

A Holbeach man accused of burgling almost £2,000 of property from a home has had his case sent for trial at crown court.

Adam Hughes (23) is said to have stolen a 55in LG smart TV, a Toshiba laptop, a safe containing cash, and a pair of Air Max trainers from the property in Dog Drove North, Holbeach Drove, on March 15 this year.

Hughes, of Market Rasen Way, pleaded not guilty when he appeared before magistrates in Lincoln on Monday.(April 22)

He was granted bail including the conditions that he does not contact Jason Hughes or Kirsten Hughes and does not enter Dog Drove North. The defendant is due to appear before Lincoln Crown Court on May 22.
