Act II are getting ready to light up the South Holland Centre stage by bringing a cult musical and book to life.
The Lightning Thief – The Percy Jackson Musical, is being performed from Wednesday, September 30 to Saturday, October 3.
A spokesman for the South Holland Centre said: “Packed with humour, adventure, and catchy songs, this electrifying musical brings Rick Riordan’s beloved world to the stage.
“When teenager Percy Jackson discovers he is the son of Poseidon, his life changes dramatically. On a perilous quest to retrieve Zeus’s stolen lightning bolt, Percy and his friends race to prevent a catastrophic war among the gods.”
The junior cast are performing at the 7.30pm showins on Wednesday and Friday.
The senior cast is on Thursday and Saturday at 7.30pm and there’s also a 2.30pm ‘relaxed’ performance at 2.30pm.
Tickets are £16, £14 concessions or £10 per person for groups of more than 10.
A spokesman for Act II, said: “Get your tickets before the gods get angry!”
