Captains’ Day was held at Gedney Hill Golf Club on Saturday, July 25.
Members and visitors took part in the open competition which started with a bacon roll and drink on arrival followed by curry or chilli and chips after golf. A great day was had by all.
Congratulations go to Amanda Cook on winning the competition with a massive 44 points for which she has suffered a 2.4 cut in handicap.
Cook’s prize was six months’ membership at the golf club. The picture shows Amanda holding the Terry Chick Captains’ Day Shield.
