Lions paws for ambulance gift

Spalding Lions have presented a cheque to the Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire Air Ambulance.

The group puts on a host of fundraising events throughout the year and the emergency service is the latest to benefit.

A cheque for £100 was presented by the Lions at its recent meeting.

A spokesman said: “The club would like to say a big thank you to the air ambulance for all the hard work carried out in our area.”
