Shaun’s 100km charity run

A Sutton St James man is looking to run 100km for charity this month in memory of his great-grandmother.

Shaun Turner has already run five 10ks so far in his bid to raise funds for Dementia UK.

“My great-grandmother Lillian Howman, of Gedney, suffered with this and I have people close to me that have family members going through it,” he said.

“It’s not easy to fit all the runs in with work and the children but physically it’s fine.

“People who sponsor me are the real heroes helping to beat this cruel disease that takes our loved ones from us.”

You can donate to Shaun via his internet Just Giving page: www.justgiving.com/page/shaun-turner-2
