Smart turn out for Tydd St Giles ladies

Tydd St Giles Golf Club ladies are looking smart for the summer thanks to sponsorship from Fraser Dawbarns Solicitors.

They have provided the team with a new strip and ladies captain Petra Meir expressed her thanks to the sponsors and said they would be proud to wear them at forthcoming events.
At Neil John’s captain’s away day, 24 Tydd golfers took part in a stableford competition at Ramsdale Park Golf Club in Nottinghamshire.
The winner on countback with 39 points was Steve Jeffries, ahead of Hank Pooley. Andy Hicks was third, two points behind.
Seniors Intermediate Medal: 1 Ken Doughty 87-21=66, 2 Dave Punshon 90-20=70ocb, 3 Jonathan Schultz 87-17=70.
Seniors Rabbits Cup: 1 Trevor Hunt 96-28=68, 2 David Leedle 98-25=73, 3 Barry Smith 102-28=74.
Men’s May Medal, Division One: 1 Lee Belger 78-7=71, 2 Tyler Mason 83-11=72, 3 Bradley Martin 84-11=73.
Division Two: 1 Nathan Welsby 82-16=66, 2 Terry Langdale 83-16=67ocb, 3 Clive Barber 83-16=67.
