Tulips match postponed

It turned into a week off for Spalding United who didn’t have a game on Saturday and whose scheduled home game with Lye Town was called off on Tuesday night.
The water-logged Sir Halley Stewart led to the postponement.
The race for promotion from the Pitching In Northern Premier League Midlands Division continues on Saturday as the Tulips head to Rugby Town.
They’ll be looking to close the gap to Harborough Town who top the table.
The Leicestershire side won 2-1 at Coventry Sphinx to move four points clear of Spalding having played a game less.
The two sides meet the week after (Saturday, March 23) at the Sir Halley Stewart.
