Gym membership and a personal trainer for a year

Have you made a New Year’s Resolution to get in shape in 2015?

If so, the Spalding and South Holland Voice has just the thing to help you stick to your guns.
We have teamed up with Spalding’s Everybody’s Gym to offer four lucky winners 12 months full membership and the chance to work with their own personal trainer.
The lucky winners will each meet up with their assigned trainer on a regular basis to work on a tailor made exercise and nutrition programme which will keep them motivated and help them achieve their goals.
The prize is worth more than £300 per person.
Everybody’s Gym is also offering the winners a Myzone training belt system, worth £69.95, if they are willing to have their photograph taken by the Spalding Voice photographer.
Everybody’s was the first UK account for the Myzone training system, which allows you to monitor your performance in the gym on large screens and have your exercise statistics quantified by email ten minutes after vacating the club.
Michelle and Barack Obama are rumoured to be fans of the system.
Everybody’s Gym, in Bedford Place, off Vine Street, is a modern, extensive air-conditioned fitness facility with highly trained staff and personal trainers.
All staff are Level 2 REP’s qualified or above and have qualifications to suit their roles, such as nutrition, personal training, sports fitness training and injury management.
The gym has been in the hands of owner Simon Harvey since 1994.
He said: “This is a progressive business and it has moved with the needs and demands of commercial health club requirements while retaining its community identity.
“Plans for 2016 remain progressive with a refurbishment programme on the changing facilities and front of house, with some new facilities within the gym, planned – watch this space.”
The gym caters for people of all ages and fitness levels, as well as a range of fitness priorities.
Current members range from 16 year olds through to senior citizens – the oldest is 87.
The gym regularly runs a Change4Life campaign, supporting the Government’s initiative, encouraging local people who are inactive to join up to improve their health and wellbeing.
It also works closely with local colleges, sponsoring scholarships leading to apprenticeships for local students.
Simon added: “This enables us to mould our local apprentices in to the professional leaders we require here at Everybody’s Gym.
“Everybody’s is really a club for everybody and the member and staff mix represent this perfectly.”

To be in with a chance of winning this fantastic prize, send your answer to the following question, along with your name, address, telephone number and email address to Eveybody’s Gym competition, Spalding and South Holland Voice, Units 1 and 2, 14-16 Winsover Road, Spalding, Lincs, PE11 1EJ, by noon on Wednesday, January 21.
